Practice is the best in the business. I recently joined Practice Yoga's online platform and couldn't be happier. Being able to practice virtually with Tommy has allowed me to maintain my practice despite the ongoing pandemic and for that I am thankful. Can't wait to get back in the studio.

Practice Yoga Studio is a nice addition to the Yoga Community of Metro Detroit. The space is welcoming, the infrared heat is effective for great range of motion, Tommy, the main teacher, is knowledgeable and with a great ability to connect with the students.

If I could give Practice more than 5 stars I would. Peaceful and comfortable atmosphere with wonderful teachers. It was a perfect way to start my Saturday. I can't wait to go back!
