The blower motor was running on the furnace and we all assumed that everything was fine. It was not until the temps dropped quickly that we realized there was no heat... and it was getting cold quickly.nnWith one phone call at 9:30 PM a technician was on the way. On his way to her house, he contacted the people that worked in the house that day so he would know what to look for. By 10:15, the heat was back on.nnI don't know what I would have done if they had not taken such good care of us. I would not go anywhere else.nnJT
