Excellent service and best price on an installed water heater. From the initial phone call to setup service, through to the finished product, everything was smooth, easy, and perfect. Called on a Tuesday and had the new water heater installed by noon on Thursday. Finished product works and looks fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Big box store quoted a higher price and I know a big box store wouldn't have done as nice of a job on the install. If I replace my furnace as well, this will be the company to do it.

Eric and the crew completed a difficult install in the attic in my old house, of my new Bryant furnace and AC. Took 2 days of work to get it all installed and working correctly. They were professional and clean and wore masks inside. They made sure the duct work was correct and the system was working correctly. Eric explained everything and made sure it was working before leaving. Would recommend.

Royal Oak Heating and Cooling is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. Highly recommend! They can give you good feedback on options and recommendations. I've never felt like I was asking a stupid question.

I have worked with ROHC for years. They are professional, competent and very pleasant to work with for both my furnace and air conditioner. I couldn't be happier to trust them with my very important investments.nnIt's 2021 and I need a furnace. The guys came out. Did the work. And did a fabulous job. They are the greatest. If you need work done, ROHC is the firm.

They were amazing! They have a very courteous front office and awesome & professional crews. They came out to give a proposal on a new furnace the same day with install the next. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
