Do not work for ABM unless you are okay with settling for less every step of the way. Poor company with the worst management imagineable. And when it comes down to whether who is in the wrong, you can rest assured that the employee will always be wrong when they confront the company representatives because of insane malpractice. Be ready to work more and get less from this company. They would rather take something of significant importance away than give incentive for working through a pandemic. All because they cannot manage their representatives who waste company money. Worst work experience ever. Very disappointed. The representatives crumble under pressure and cannot handle hard situations, let alone help the employees in a meaningful way...... Then, when you try to reach the company, they NEVER get back to you. Then the representatives have the gull to blame the employee, when the problem is clearly on a corporate level. Just pathetic. Worked for ABM for a year. Never again.
