Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Believe all the negative reviews. The older middle eastern lady at the pharmacy drive through was incredibly rude. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy

So the night before I ordered pictures on the CVS app, everything seemed fine on the phone end. And I had gotten a confirmation email saying that my pictures were ready, even though it said it was going to be ready the next day. So I go to CVS right when they open today, and I showed them the email stating that my pictures are ready, the guy at the register was trying to argue with me, saying my pictures weren’t ready. Once he finally seen my name in the bin of pictures since my name was the first one, I got my pictures and decided to take a look in the envelope and some of the pictures in there weren’t even mine!!!!! , hopefully somebody else’s pictures don’t get mixed up!!!

Went for a cold test after ensuring that my information was input correctly on their website.once I arrived the woman at the window argued with me that my insurance wasn't in the system and when I showed her my card claimed it was a prescription card which it's definitely not since I use the same card all the time for the doctor.she then proceeded to argue with me that I was there yesterday and she remembers me I haven't been to that store in over a month. Needless to say I peeled out of there very angry, horrible customer service this is why I'll make prescriptions now come from Rite aid instead

Customer for years here. Recently hired Saturday manager is rude, and extremely unprofessional. No clue about customer service. Unprofessional appearance. Won’t be back. Plenty of other options in the area.

Wouldn’t fill my wife’s prescription because it’s a controlled drug. First told me it would be 15 minutes and then said they are out of it. I know they just didn’t want to fill it though. How is anyone supposed to get pain medicine after a surgery? Sorry a lot of drug addicts must come into this store but people need pain meds. Left my wife an hour after surgery to get her meds and was told to just drive around and look for them. We have 2 little kids at home and instead of being home I have to drive around. Luckily rite aid was there for their patient and filled it right away so I could get it to my wife. Will never be back. This cvs is a mess every time I go in there. Aisles are never fronted. Nobody ever says a word. The guy on register always has his mask below his nose. I’ll drive to rite aid in royal oak for now on. Much nicer store.
