I love Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. I have been a cardholder for many years. They always have a great selection and the employees are always helpful. I went this past Friday at 12:30. I was thrilled to see the line was significantly shorter than usual. I still ended up waiting in line for at least 30 minutes!! There was a woman waiting for a price on a pair of boots for AT LEAST 15 minutes of that time!! She should have been given the boots for all the time she waited. I have decided to stop going to the Rack for a while. I just can't deal with the line. They really need new management or something. Maybe we should all boycott and shop at small local businesses!
Went there for the first time. An employee named Subhash came to me and help me find some great outfits. He was very knowledgeable and knew what fit me well. Very kind guy and was a great experience. Great deals!
Those cashiers was very impressive to work with a long line of people for hours and work consistently with a smile. That was awesome. All of them deserves a raise.
Great deals. They rearranged some things, and its so much easier to browse. Pricier than Marshalls, but still has a good selection
Love it here, lady at register made me feel atlittle strange but that has not made me not want to shop at this company. I do online, that way i do not have to deal with sales clerks. I did return a couple of months during covid when they opened. My experience was great
