My experience with Ellen was exceptional, from beginning to the end! I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Ellen was extremely helpful and went over and beyond during the sale of the vehicle. She maintained contact with me throughout the process to ensure that I was happy. She was efficient, organized and I was in the dealership for less than an hour and half. I will most definitely recommend Ellen to my friends and family!

Jack exceeds your expectations of your service appointment. He definitely went above and beyond by ensuring my car mats were cleaned. He didn't have to do it as it wasn't requested, but he did and I will never forget that. I Loved that and definitely tell all my Cadillac friends to go to Suburban Cadillac of Troy! I tried another Cadillac dealership (that will remain unknown) for a few months and came crawling back to Suburban Cadillac of Troy because their service is top notch. Thank you for all you do!

I found a vehicle I absolutely loved, online, and 4 days later I brought it home. From beginning to end, my experience with Suburban Cadillac of Troy was top notch. This was the first time I've taken my car in for service (oil change) as I've only had it for about four months. It was a great experience. The associate was friendly and efficient. He said the work would be complete in about 45 minutes. It was done much sooner than that. As I wait, I watched TV in a very clean and comfortable waiting room. It was not crowded so it was easy to practice social distancing. Kudos to Suburban Cadillac of Troy!

I am a huge believer in world class Customer service and for the third or fourth time in a row Aaron has provided truly world class customer service and made me feel like a very valued customer at Suburban. He is a great communicator, is always fast to respond, and does a great job of representing your organization. Please make sure you take good care of him, because he is a great ambassador for your company!
