My experience at Suburban Collection was surprisingly comfortable, quick and easy. I was apprehensive at first but my salesman Brad was so nice and informative it put me at ease. He worked with me and my daughter during these purchases and was on top of everything, no hassles. His integrity about the cost and fees was well accepted. Brad even helped me sync my phone and explained all the features to me before I drove off. I would highly recommend friends and family to this Dealer. Scott did a very good job of finding the Grand Cherokee my wife was looking for. He got us a great price, much less than we ever expected, and saw to it we were happy. He has a laid back style that I greatly appreciate. Buys car can be very stressful and he saw to our every need.

Edit as of late 2020/early 2021; My new experiences have been terrible. Service has proven aloff and difficult to deal with; I was taken for a ride. I am handed a $123 bill for an oil change; I bring the unit in noting that i need a quote for a brake job as there is clearly a grinding noise coming from the rear passenger side of the truck. Service tech noted that there was a recall on the tail gate and I agreed to all work. Well, i was quoted $1650 from the tech, claiming they saw this during the tire rotation. I advised the service tech that I did not order a rotation and intended to shop that quote a bit; significantly cheaper down the street on 15 mile, FYI. I return to pick up the truck and after review ask the cashier if I was being charged for the recall work. turns out, I WAS. The service tech also slapped a brake inspection on the invoice. After pressing, the recall work charge was removed but ultimately this was a $95 oil change and that will never happen again. I will never purchase a vehicle from nor garner service from the Suburban group. Don’t trust these guys, they are about absorption, not about you and value for your dollar. Do. Not. Offered pricing and sold competitive advantage of what they do for the price. Nice waiting room, reasonable turn time and my truck is in good shape. Pricing is in line, service is good and friendly, no reason not to keep coming here to maintain my vehicle.

My experience with Max and Suburban Chrysler superseded my expectations. I came into the dealership just to ask questions and to see a couple vehicles in person. Ended up applying for a lease. This was my first vehicle lease experience and Max made the process so smooth. He explained everything very clearly and he was very empathetic.nExcellent service!!

After I inquired about ram 1500 online on their website, I wasn’t thrilled about the price (36 months lease). I received multiple call and text from different dealership but I didn’t respond thinking maybe I should wait until I get my credit all the way together. I received a call one day from a Mr Glenn Campbell, asked was I still interested, asked me what features and if I had a color preference and most importantly about how much I was looking to pay. Called back 20 minutes later with everything I wanted. Afterwards he got me approved ud83dude4cud83cudffd for the price I wanted to pay. He sent me his personal cell number and email. I was able to send in all my paperwork so when I got to the dealership everything was a breeze. Just when everything was going great he sweetened the deal even better, by lowering the price, throwing in some extras and waving a charge. If you’re in the market for a new car go see Glenn, my wife says that she wished that she gone to him when she getting her new Jeep. I never ever write reviews but I just had to give my guy a shout out. Glenn you are the Man
