Every time I come here I love it. They make it very easy to make an appointment even for just an oil change. As soon as I arrive for that appointment I am taken care of right away! Very professional and attentive. I purchased my car here as well and will continue to have my car serviced here. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Suburban Hyundai and I was very pleased with the service. Though I was a little early for my appointment, Christopher May greeted me in a professional manner, explained the services that were available as well as recommended.nThe service area was clean and uncluttered. All the employees were wearing masks. Mr. May contacted me with updated information regarding my vehicle service.nThe estimated time of delivery was close to the actual time of delivery and I was impressed that my vehicle was delivered to my home. Mr. Evanston returned my keys in ansafe manner.nOverall I found this to be a satisfying experience.

They came and picked my Hyundai Palisade up from my home and returned it to me when they were done the same day. The service coordinator was in touch with me explaining the maintenance that I needed to get. He also explained an assistance program they have just incase you can't afford it at that time. This was very helpful especially having to children in virtual learning. Great service.

When my car would not start and a jump did not help, the Hyundai service could not have been easier. I called the Hyandai care center for towing service, and they were at my home within 20 minutes. They took the car to the dealer, where is was quickly repaired with great communication during the process. The emailed video of my car in the shop detailing what was needed was very helpful and informative. When the car was finished (same day) the concierge service brought it back to my house - fixed, sanitized inside and washed outside. I never had to leave the house! All staff were very friendly, professional and information, and took a genuine interest in helping resolve the repair. Terrific dealership, wonderful service and very highly recommended. And I love my Hyundai too!

Chris was service tech and he was very thorough. He did not stop until the problem was discovered and solution given. I appreciated his commitment. I sat at a very comfortable desk to wait. I was able to do finish working a project while there. Oh yes, Chris kept me updated throughout my wait.
