From the moment we walked into Lincoln of Troy and were greeted by Mark I knew we chose the right place to purchase our new vehicle. Mark was able to get us in a new Lincoln Nautilus. It was a perfect fit for us. We absolutely love the vehicle! The manager and financial department were very friendly. We will be purchasing another vehicle soon. Even though we will be living in Traverse City we will drive down to Lincoln of Troy to purchase our second car from Mark.

I went to Lincoln of Troy a week ago. My salesperson was Nicholas Nearhood. I had spoke to him some months back about my lease renewal. When time came to renew I told him what I wanted the Lincoln Corsair and what I wanted in it. He called me a few days later and told me what he had. The next day I picked up my Corsair. Also, I was not in the dealership all day to sign my paperwork. I am very pleased and highly satisfied with Nicholas and Lincoln of Troy. I will be returning to Lincoln of Troy for my future vehicles.

Funny thing, we had an appointment to look at Lincoln's here for the first time that they have been worth a look in 20+ years. Unfortunately when we rolled up in our Grand Cherokee Overland we were met at the door and told that we can't afford a Lincoln, before we even saw their SUV's. I inquired how we can afford a Cadillac of the same sticker but not a Lincoln and was informed that their target market are Land Rover and Porsche owners. The humility from selling what were America's ugliest cars apparently has turned into pure arrogance. I'm happy they now have hot vehicles but won't soon forget the treatment.

I just picked up my 3rd consecutive lease from Lincoln of Troy and I couldn't be happier. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase transaction I've ever had and my salesman, Mark Nikprelevic, bends over backwards in every aspect of his job. This includes upfront quotes, vehicle deliver and the follow up after I've driven the vehicle off the lot.

Elie took a lot of time to explain all of the intricacies of the systems of our new Nautilus. He was very patient and knew the Nautilus like the back of his hand. He did a fine job.
