Nice customer service, great follow up and quick diagnosticnI got an appointment for my 2016 Audi S6 for diagnostic and they were able to look at it next day. Their diagnostic was the car needed major engine work and recommended taking it to the dealer. They also waived the diagnostic fee and didn’t charge me any other fees! Great place to take your import. I was just reminiscing with a freind that some years ago my domestic brand car was taken there to borrow their frame puller. They were very accommodating considering the cars they were working on cost way more then my beater.
I called to ask about getting a newly-inherited car in for a couple of obvious issues and an overall inspection to identify any other issues. I was invited to drop my car off that same evening and by 9:00am the next morning they had diagnosed a few minor issues. The quote was reasonable and they had everything done (new brakes, new coolant overflow tank, new washer fluid pump, oil change, and brake fluid flush) within 4 hours. They even managed to save me a little money when they found that the washer fluid pump was just clogged, not totally shot. I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous about the maintenance costs of a luxury import but Adam and the staff at Autohaus really put my mind at ease. I’ll be back for sure.
