I love this place! I feel very confident bringing in my car for service or collision work. I am not a car person so I really need to trust whoever works on my car. Tim is best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Everything was straight up and laid out. When we were in the vehicle he set things up perfect and more importantly showed me how to do it so I could make changes in the future if I needed to. Please keep him around so he will be there when I need another vehicle.
Justin, Duane, and Josh were all very friendly and helpful. I found them to be professional and honest. Overall it was a great experience on par or better than my experience 3 years ago at Cadillac, which was my best (5 star) car buying experience before coming to Suburban and I've already recommended Suburban to a friend and will be back for a truck in the future!
