Star Lanes at Emagine Royal Oak

Their website for star lanes says open, their phone number automated message says open until 11pm without reservations. We get there and they say the star lanes isn’t open and that we should’ve reserved. Very not professional and a waste of parking money. Would definitely not recommend.

28yo employee cussed out my 11yo son today april 16 2018, and made fun of his mother in front of him. Then to make matters worse his manager backed him up.

Now my go to theater! Best experience I've had at a theater, and a really nice bowling alley attached to it. Will definitely be back!

Don't say you're open until 12 if you're really going to close at 10. The last three times I've gone here this year this has happened. They just close whenever they want. Even the last time we actually got in, the server took forever to get to get to us. However I do appreciate the atmosphere.

Went out on a date and wanted to bowl and upon arrival the inside was nice and staff was friendly. Great atmosphere and the manager was very kind to me and my date. I'll be coming back again to bowl.
