Bowl One Lanes

Asked a simple question and the manager or whoever she is (Short dark headed older lady who wears glasses) then proceeded to take her mask off and start yelling for no apparent reason. MIND YOU ITS COVID and your gonna take your mask off and yell at me with your spit flying everywhere. Very rude and uncalled for. Horrible customer service! You will never receive my money again.

My family and I decided to bowl every other Sunday as a safe way to blow off steam during the pandemic. So far we have visited Bowl one lanes three times. The staff at the front desk have been rude and short each time. We are not avid bowlers so our check in isn't as smooth as others but they seem frustrated with the simplest of questions.nIt's unfortunate because the wait staff is very pleasant and friendly and so is my family. We are paying for 16 to 20games each visit and 8 to 10 pairs of shoes plus a couple of hundred on drinks and snacks twice a month, but we're going to have to bowl elsewhere due to bad customer service.

It was fun when it came down to bowling but I feel they can do better with the food. But if you like to bowl consider this place as a option

I loved it! I went on a date there this wednesday and the staff was so nice and professional. Very clean too!!
