Great customer service, willing to answer all my questions and help, not only maintain my boat but also, teach me about how to keep it running great. Best rates for storage and winterization. They definitely have my best interest in mind.

I have never had an experience quite like I did with Shannon Bathrick. We brought him our boat on Monday, asking for an estimate because our boat was overheating. He said he couldn't promise he could get it fixed by the weekend, but he promised to look at our boat first thing the following morning. When I didn't hear from him by 3, I called to inquire. He was nasty and said if I would let him off the phone, he would look at the boat now. That never happened. After 9 days of running us around, we declined his estimate to fix our boat (as we no longer trusted this man). We received a bill for $297.50 and a box full of parts to our boat!!! When I called him to express my unhappiness with his work ethics, he screamed at me and called me a silly little girl who knows nothing about boats. He said I was just upset with him because I bought a lemon. Really??? All it needed was a repair. It never broke down on us. This man has absolutely no clue to what customer service is, and he lies to you about your boat. He is nasty and has no respect for people. We finally received our boat back (after threathening to call the police). NEVER EVER take your boat here!!!!

Best value in boat storage in Muskegon and Western Michigan. We have stored our sailboat, jet skis, and summer car with Bathricks Marine for over 5 years with no problem. Secure, Dry with great service- what else can you ask for. I pay less for dry indoor storage for my 28' sailboat than most places charge for outdoor. Bathrick also maintains our jet-skiis with his full service boat repair shop. Thanks Shannon and keep up the good work!
