AMAZING service. From the start of my phone call to this storage unit the management was nothing but nice! The weatherized units were amazing and very clean. I love this storage company and will always use them for future storage needs!
Nice clean storage units. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Driveway is a little bit rough but it's new give them time. Great place with fair pricing. I highly recommend!
It's ok
If I could rate a 0 I would. From start to finish have had nothing but issues. Went to get my storage unit they gave me it was locked. They told me to go to a different one which they didnt tell me was more money. She said she would give me a credit for 10.00. Took a while to get that. Told them the beginning of Oct I wouldnt need storage unit anymore after Oct cause we had bought a house. Was out a week before the end of the month. Called them everyday to let them know I was out. Finally Miranda calls me back and said she has got the messages. Still have not got my deposit AND they charged me another months rent on my card. They wont call me back. Will be filing complaint with BBB and will file small claims court if I have to.
I stored my things in the complex between grant and newaygo. At one point we fell upon a hardship and weren't able to pay it for a couple months which resulted in them listing it for auction. I ended up paying just over $400 to save my things, however when I got my things out I discovered that they had not only cut the side of every single box (instead of just opening them) making it hard as hell to transport them. I also have several items missing including a four and a half foot bynThree foot wooden book shelf, a 25 gallon fish tank, a white patio table and a hamster cage. Along with that they had broken several glass picture frames and since they also cut all my bags open my son's baby books and Dr.Seuss books were also scattered all over the concrete floor. A family heirloom from my great grandmother who had just recently passed away was also found broken underneath my kitchen table. Overall my experience with them was not the greatest and I wouldn't recommend storing your things with this facility unless you want broken items and missing items.
