I have very rarily been dissapointed when coming to this Shell location. I wish they had a more broad selection of non-food /drink merchandise like baby items, toiletries/paper products, Ect. I have never really had a problem with an employee being rude/unhelpful/ unprofessional, but there is a young african-american girl (HAVE NEVER THOUGHT TO GET HER NAMEud83dude1eud83eudd26) that is on her 3rd month of working there and she goes above & beyond for her customers, & she is so outgoing, nice, pretty, & a very hard worker! Needless to say, she is VERY RESPECTED BY ALL HER CUSTOMERS! ud83dudc51 KEEP DOING YOU GIRL ud83dudda4

As poorly run as any gas station could ever be. I can see how the clientele would possibly drive you mad, but the surliness and disinterest from the staff really can't be tolerated. Not worth stopping here for ANY reason, especially considering the two Wesco stores right down the street.

By far the worst customer service ive ever experienced! A manager named angela has absolutely no respect in person or over the phone which i recorded just to send to corporate. I really hope this company steps it up when hiring managers ... Ppl so rude should not be in customer service i asked several questions and many she could not answer

Only place I have ever been to as a mail carrier that has not let me use the bathroom. An absolute shame.
