We just bought our first ever camper/toy hauler from All Seasons RV. We worked with Dan (salesman) and cannot day enough good things about our experience! He took the time to talk us through what it would be like to own a toy hauler and what we would need to be able to haul this particular unit. The service staff was also amazing! We feel confident in our purchase and know that, if we have any questions or concerns, we will have the support from Dan and the entire team at All Seasons in the future.

We went to All Season's with the thought of possibly resuming camping. Rob met us at the door and helped us fine tune what would meet our needs and work well for us. We left with the perfect trailer for us. They even held it for us while we wrapped up the sale of our boat, with a down payment. Cody was outstanding going through it with us when we took delivery. Everyone we came in contact with at All Season's was totally first class, a great bunch of people and very knowledgeable about the products they sell and service!

Earlier I posted about issues with our warranty. I'm thrilled to be able to update that the (new?) general manager reached out and is making things right. We had a great experience buying our trailer, and the fact that they were willing to reach out and work with us was awesome.

We recently returned from Florida with our 5th wheel and found the front right landing gear leg would not work, meaning I could not disconnect and park our camper. I called All Seasons in Muskegon MI and spoke to Brandon in the Service Department. Brandon went out of his way to fit me in right away the next morning. The All Seasons technician that worked on my unit was Paul, who is obviously very experienced. Paul came out to where I had pulled up, quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. Paul also took the time to give me some pointers and identified an issue with my hitch that he suggested I keep an eye on. All Seasons saved a stranded camper in spite of the fact that the Service Department was booked with spring prep and new camper delivery. Thank you Brandon, Paul and All Seasons.
