I didn’t end up actually getting a car here due to personal decisions, but I was approved. Willy at the Muskegon location was so nice and patient going through the process with me! I would recommend getting a car here for the fact alone they are honest and very thorough about your contract! Out of all the dealerships I went to literally the most honest! They are not just trying to get you to sign a paper and get you out the door! They put in effort into you, not just the car!

Had a good experience with Car City. Was able to get a car for very low down payment. Willy and the other associates were very thorough with the process. They worked with bad credit. Definitely will be coming back again.

It has been a pleasure working with the employees of Car City. After I totaled my car Liz and Willy went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle very quickly. It took about a day and a half since I went in very close to closing the first day. I have basically no credit and had no money saved up for a down payment but it was no issue at all. I filled out the application and got a message back almost instantly. When they say 39.99 down they mean it. No hidden fees what so ever. They even paid for my plate and tags. They also made sure I understood exactly what I was getting myself into before I signed the paperwork. Going to them for a vehicle is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I will recommend them forever. Thank you so much Car City!

Went in with the intention to get a car and that exactly what Justin and Curry helped me achieved!!! I’m so excited to be driving my new vehicle.
