We leased the 2021 Honda CR-V EX L and LOVE it. Andrew Knight and Leslie, the business manager, are super awesome to work with! Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. The leasing process was so simple and Andrew is still being helpful to answer any questions I have. Thank you two so much!!

From the minute we contacted Chris, about our search for an exceptional used car, he exceeded our expectations and impressed us with his professionalism and his desire to make our experience the best it could be at Betten Baker Honda. Chris truly earned our business by being honest, caring and kind (something that is not easy to come by). Chris is the kind of person that you can easily make a connection to and feel comfortable with your purchase.

First of all, everyone is super friendly and helpful. It is hard to be mad at them when I know it is not personally their fault.nnMy disappointment is in the Bait-and Switch I experienced today. I signed up online for an oil change appointment thinking it was going to be around $27 because that is what the website told me it would cost. (And their website still advertises that.) When I arrived, I was informed that the website was wrong and it would actually be about $57 dollars. Their prices had gone up significantly, and they would not honor their advertised price. Apparently this was a common enough occurrence that they knew to let me know ahead of time. (To their credit though, they did honor the $10 off coupon from their website.)nnI am regrettably an easy mark, so I paid because I was told this is the general price for an oil change in the area. But hopefully this review might help someone else!
