Horrible drive thru service. Pulled up to one drive thru, waited to be served... waited.... waited. Person pulls up next to me and they are served immediately. I was told to hold on by a rude cashier!!! I drove off. I know its McDonald’s but a little bit of customer service goes along way. I will never return and I’m going to tell everyone else about you horrible experience here!
I love being helped by Manager Morgan. Always goes above and beyond for his customers. Need more people like him at all your locations.
Food is usually decent here. Awful and slow service. The ice cream machine is always broken. I know the workers here don't make a lot of money but they don't need to be so rude lol.
Went through the drive thru and order 2 burritos, a cinnamon roll, and a drink. Paid, got my food, and parked. Opened my bag, no cinnamon roll in my bag. The husband went back and confronted them and was told they didn't have any. So why didn't they tell us that when we were at the speaker???? If you don't have any, then take it off your menu. It isn't fair to the customer or very good customer service to not make them aware they can't have something they ordered at the speaker and are expecting when they receive their food. Like come on now. Learn some better customer service skills. I am very disappointed and was looking forward to that cinnamon roll.
