I had a unit here for 7yrs...nMy unit last summer, someone tried to break into it.nWhen I went to get something out, my latch was totally mangled with, where the lock had no use because you could just force the door up and the latch would go sideways and open.nHe refused to fix it.nThat's how he treats a 7yr customer???nI packed my stuff up and moved it.nHorrible Management
Had a unit for a couple years, winter of 2020 my unit was tampered with and several others near mine were broken into. When I mentioned this to the owner, he took no responsibility and told us to move out. We had paid ahead and was never given a refund, instead he pro-rated it for 2 weeks later although we were moved out before the next billing cycle. I wouldn't reccomend, there are no cameras on site. People dump trash all over and it's left for months.
The place is clean and kept up with plowing etc... and the office staff that is now closed were very friendly but the PRICES keep going up up up....late fee is too much especially now with everyone trying to make ends meet. It would be nice to have access after 10p.m. since I am busy and don't have time until then.
