Very efficient and friendly staff. It was a very rough trip but not their fault. Really big waves!
Fantastic way to take a break from driving and get to Milwaukee! All of the staff were absolutely incredible: friendly, super organized, and helpful. The ferry is nice and modern except the HVAC which rattled throughout the trip. I thought $200 for car + 1 adult was a bit steep, but I'll still do it again.
Cancelled a crossing - totally fair and to be expected from time to time - but claimed to have called to let us know. That call was at 5:30am with no message, no text, and no email. We then drove two hours with a toddler to be told no sailings today. Beyond frustrating. They issued a refund and were good about it, but fix your damn notification system. Require a receipt of message. Totally unacceptable.
This is a great way to travel to Wisconsin from Michigan - much better than driving through Chicago.
Very rude personnel. Very expensive. And doesn’t save any time. Why bother?
