I financed/leased three vehicles from Dave white Acura so far. All false promises and shady conversations from them both at sales and service department. Filed two complaints with Acura customer services, waiting to here back from them. They are not as sweet as they talk. I strongly advice to stay away from this dealer and look something near by like Ann Arbor.nnI can write a small book about these guys with all my bad experiences. Even a single star rating is too much. I think the good ratings they received may be due to how sweet they talk, do not believe that.

I took my Acura MDX to get service here and the customer service is exceptional.My car was service and I was great details about any issues. I will be definitely bringing my car back like I being doing for the past years to continue to get service.

I prefer to write reviews either I am too satisfied with the service or I am extremely disappointed. This review is regarding the disappointment I had not with Dave White Acura but with the person sitting inside the cabin whom I never met but probably the terrible experience helped me to paint his professional personality.nnI am not sure if others had similar experience but it’s worth spending few minutes to share mine as it was pretty disappointing. So here it is:nnI visited in person to the dealership to inquire about some leasing options about Acura MDX and met with a decent person named Jose. I liked overall hospitality and he has been really nice helping me with the options and pricing details. During our price negotiation, he went inside to discuss the pricing with his manager and came back with revised quote. I was shocked to see the first quote as it was no where close to a reasonable leasing price and I kind of started loosing my trust. The 2nd quote was $200 less from the first one and I still felt it was pretty high as there was no change in the residual value, still ok as it’s all about negotiation and coming to a point which is a win-win for both. Keeping the time in mind, I wrote my number and mentioned this is my max for this trim and asked if that works. Jose again went to his manager and with what he came back is the trigger for such a long review comment.nnHe came with the same paper in hand having my numbers (requested quote) crossed in RED color. Come on, how can you be so unprofessional and disgusting. Please have some manners, I don’t know who was that person to do an ugly drawing but I didn’t feel like spending a min more having further discussion. And see this is where I landed up writing this review and sharing the experience.nnTO THE MANAGER WITH UGLY DRAWINGS:nI hope you would remember and wouldn’t do this with any other customer. Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised that you will have more feedback like this in future. So please be professional and don’t spoil the name of the dealership.nnI request the dealership owner to get in touch with Jose and share this feedback with respective manager. And in case that manager was a persona then please fix the customer interaction process. Good luck!!!!

My first Acura was 1990 Legend, then 2000 TL, then a 2010 TSX, 2014 TLX, and currently drive the 2019 TLX. Wonderful dealership, wonder service dept.!!!

Had my car detailed there for a second time and continuously get back as if I just purchased it. They do a great job on exterior and did help buff out certain focus areas. Interior cleaning was prestige and looking brand new. I have a toddler and 3-100 pound hairy dogs and you would never know after the complete detail. Thank you and thank you Scott for the continued customer service and satisfaction in the service department !
