Where do I even start? Ok, so...first Chris Weirich, AMAZING to work with! I came in the first day, to see a Yukon I really had my heart set on - unfortunately it sold before I got there, from their partner store in Maumee so I couldn't be upset and Chris almost immediately had a second suggestion...so I looked it up and set the appointment for the next day. I'm picky on my cars - I have 4 kids, two still in car seats so 3rd row is a must and I was NOT settling for another van, mama needs a 4WD :D. I came back in and as always - I was late lol, so Chris was busy BUT stopped & got me out the door for my test drive quickly, and I fell in looooove with my Tahoe! We came back, and brought up small concerns - they were super willing to get fixed for us, and then got us financed with low payments (for a Tahoe especially) during the whole financing process...my 4 kids ages 7yrs to 1yr...were all acting crazy pants, and my fiance & I joke aggressively sometimes - n then sometimes we snap at each other for it - yeah it happened. Lol. So I'm 1,000% sure between the kids & everything we were way more difficult than anything even though we didn't mean to be, but Chris, and manager Kyle I believe it was....they were just amazing, patient, and Chris had some laughs with my grandfather - it was really amazing ! I drove off with my Tahoe and I am beyond in love...IN LOVE with it!!! I will definitely recommend them, and I'm positive I will be back.! :) thank you guys for the amazing customer service, and for dealing with my crazy family - you guys are the best. !

Even though I did not leave with a car today, I could not have asked for a better experience. My personal salesman Chris was awesome and the manager and the other salesman were just as awesome. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Chris and the manager treated me like a person and not just potential sale. I will definitely be returning and I would and will be recommending this place to any and everybody.

Took my son here a year ago to look for a good used car. They do have a nice selection. And they explain well how it's going to help build your credit and such. But all the cars were high mileage and over priced in my car buying opinion. Went up the street to the other Dave White used car and got a newer, less mileage car for a better price with a warranty!!
