I've rented at the Geisler building for 6 years now, they are super nice people and the building is secure and the rents are affordable. Not to mention thengood location.
Geisler Enterprises has an excellent location near downtown Midland with easy access to US 10 and I 75. It is an excellent place for entrepreneurs and businesses looking to expand--regardless of the type of space needed. There are office, storage and warehouse spaces at affordable rates.
If you're an entrepreneur looking for a place to start, a company looking to expand into Midland, or a Midland company looking for a place to relocate, Geisler Enterprises might be the place for you.
