Absolutely amazing. I had a RPM problem with my Silverado and before this dealer I took it to another dealer. They told me they couldn’t find the issue. I took my truck to these guys, they found the problem within a day and I had my truck back the next day, wasn’t very costly either. Super friendly and fast service. Chris from services was amazing to work with. He let me explain everything and he wrote it all down with great detail. 10/10. I will be back for more service in the future.

My wife and I had a great buying experience at Allen Chevrolet. We both were able to get into new vehicles for less and able to get it all done on the same day. The whole experience was positive and our salesperson Aleyna was amazing! She went above and beyond for us to make sure we got what we wanted and everything went smooth! Highly recommended her if you’re going to be buying from here!

Great buying experience! Mike Johnson, our sales agent, was personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in showing us all the available features on our new 2021 Equinox, including how to sync my phone. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to add a vehicle.

After searching for a vehicle online, the prefect one was located at Allen Chevrolet Cadillac in Monroe, Michigan. I walked through the doors and was greeted by many hellos. J. Mike Johnson offered to help me. Very nice, down- to- earth guy. He was personable and I did not feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle I had gone to see, but that is in fact what I had done.nThe purchase process was easy. I was given the option to choose who I wanted to finance through. As with any vehicle purchase, it took a little time to get everything compiled to finish. Once ready, the purchase completion was quick and easy.nAlthough the vehicle was in perfect condition, Mike had a quick prep was done. Shined up and ready to go.nSo happy with my purchase and with the staff that helped make it happen. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically this salesman, Mike Johnson. This was the first time I was not stressed while buying a vehicle.

The finance people found me a great interest rate and their streamlined software made the paperwork a breeze. This was a great car buying experience from start to finish.
