Customer service was AMAZING! We called looking for a wrangler Willy and no one had it! We called this dealership and spoke to Mac he was so helpful! He said he didn’t have it in stock but he will find it! Two days later they found out and Tynan our sales guy reached out to us and we thought Mac had great customer service well guess what Tynan was amazing! This is a dealership you want to do business with! Thank you for all your hard work! Keep up the great work!

These guys are great. I always appreciate solid service. The service dept took great care of me and my vehicle today while I took care of business with the used car dept!! Good prices, good service, what more could you want? They even have a massage chair in their waiting room!?! How cool is that?

So i took my jeep in for some warranty work. The service department was great. Had a rental waiting for me. Took down my info and had the jeep in getting work done that same night. They called me with what they found and what they were going to do to fix it. When i picked it up the next day they went through my paperwork and explained everything they had do. Very pleased with the service department. We have three jeep and i will take them to Monroe from now on. Hats off to the great people there.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had here! I called and spoke with Mac before going into the dealership. He was very straight forward and willing to work with me! He had the Jeep ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The pricing was considerably cheaper than another Dealership I had visited. Brian was also extremely helpful. Each person I encountered while purchasing my vehicle was friendly and personable. They also even offered to set up an appointment to help me change the tops on my Jeep if I needed assistance. We will definitely go to Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Superstore for any future vehicle needs!!

Oh. My. Gosh. Where do I even start! We have bought many cars before, and have been to many dealerships! This one was above and beyond anything we could have ever experienced when it comes to service! Tynan helped us and seriously he was the NICEST person ever!!!!!! We were there for a while, and we had kids with us, and they were bored so Tynan went to the gas station and surprised the kids with some candy. He also put a Disney movie on his computer for them to watch while they waited. The store also stayed open for almost 2 hours past closing to finish helping us purchase a car. Honestly, we will come here for all future purchases because we are just blown away at how kind and helpful EVERYONE was that works here! Best service ever!!!! We cannot say enough good things!!!!!
