The pharmacy manager is a complete rude and objective person, she does not need to be in customer service ever! I had a horrible experience with her today as I went through drive thru to purchase my meds...hopefully next time I go there she will not be working and I won't have to worry about her!! Ignored my presence when I arrived and then yelled at me for not hearing her question. I left and then called to ask to speak to a manager and the same lady answered I gave her my piece of advice...and said to her she does not deserve to be be in customer service!!
Will not be getting prescriptions filled here anymore. Its ridiculous how they play the money game with you on the price of your prescription. Also....not very friendly.... no one at wondow even after pushing the call button...and sends prescription out the window...with a Here you go!! Turns her back and walks away. Nope. I get better service at other pharmacies in town!!!
I came in the store on 4-11-20 at the Eastman and Saginaw store. Right after the pharmacy closed and the 2 people working were were very rude. And sarcastic.nYou shouldn't work customer service if your going to treat people that
This pharmacy has barely any communication with physician’s offices, they refuse medication. They’ve refused insulin to a type one diabetic on multiple occasions and I’m am not impressed.
Wonderful staff! Helped me in a desperate situation & we very kind & quick to take care of me. Since this med is essential for my health, I will feel confident that they will be there for me in the future so drive from out of town to use to use this specific store. Thanks soo much!
