Every single encounter I’ve ever had this pharmacy has been a complete nightmare. To the pharmacist thinking it would be fine holding prescribed antibiotic until their shipment the following day (rather than recommending the RX be transferred to another local pharmacy *with* the medication in stock), to them telling me my prescription will be ready in 10 minutes....and another 10...fast forward to 1.5 hours, and still not be able to obtain the prescribed medication. Transferred to Walgreens. Will never attempt to deal with that nightmare of a place again.

Horrible service out of prescriptions all the time. They have me call other cvs stores to see if they have it in stock! Thought that was their job!Seems most people that work there are rude. Will be transferring soon.......

I’ve never had a problem getting prescriptions filled and I can always find what I’m looking for. Fairly quick service! Drive thru counter is a nice bonus too.

Prices are 2x higher at CVS than anywhere elsenAlso their brand back..shoulder..or any kind of patches are useless I have tried many and CVS are the worst...they do not stay on...come off after sometimes only 15 minutes. Whatever kind of adhesive they use is useless. Switched pharmacy almost immediately but through my insurance company I am allowed so much per month for over the counter medication & guess where they come from CVS

First.. the people that work in the pharmacy have horrible customer service skills. They are the most rude by far of any staff in any pharmacy I've ever encountered. I've called customer service 3x complaining in the last year and still nothing has been done. The shameful thing is that the pharmacist is the one in charge; works close with the staff; hears and sees what's going on at all times. Yet it continues... The pharmacist is a young woman with glasses Everytime time I've had an issue she was the one present. The store itself looks old and disorganized! Love the CVS in White Lake Mi, Moe runs a tight ship. If your in Midland mi n need a pharmacy go to the Rite Aide next door. They are friendly and the store always looks clean.
