Such a great store & the customer service is excellent. I have called very last minute needing a baby gifts and they had it all wrapped & ready to go for pick up. I was also in a bind for my daughter’s birthday recently for a specialty item & due to the amazing customer service, I had what I needed. Worth stopping in or shopping in their website.

Always had a pleasant experience until this last and final time shopping here. Purchased an item and was told upon trying to return it, that all sales are final on clearance items. I don’t have a problem with the policy, however being that my wife usually shops there I wasn’t aware of that rule, and was not informed at the time of checkout that was the case. Being that I wanted to just exchange the item for another be given store credit, not a cash return, I am rather turned off and will not be shopping with Annie & Oliver’s again. If your going’s to have that return policy it needs to be emphasized with customers ensuring they understand.

This is a great little place located north of city circle. It's easy to drive there and there is always parking.nnThis store has lots of great stuff for kids, ranging from toys, clothes, muslin blankets, to books. The clothes are very high quality and nice styles. There are baby shoes, as well. You can also custom order beautiful strollers (Uppa) here. I have also purchased Piggy Paint, which is kid safe nail polish. My daughter loves it!nnThey have monthly stickers for people (like me) who enjoy taking a photo each month as your baby gets older. There are also many options for cute bows (for hair and neck). Looking for Melissa and Doug toys? They have them!nnDon't forget to go to the back, where they have great sales! I have gotten some amazing deals for my child and as gifts with off season items.nnThey are very helpful with excellent customer service. I always feel very comfortable and welcomed here. This is a great place to shop for children, whether for a baby shower or for clothes, books, and toys for older kids. I highly recommend this store!
