I came in because of a holiday sale. GM had imported extra salespeople to help out, and I started off dealing with one. Absolutely terrible salesman, didn't listen to anything I said or wanted. I left, frustrated.nCame back the next day because I really wanted the truck. I ensured I got a salesman that actually worked there. Scott, the manager, Owen, the salesman, and Courtney the business manager were all amazing. They answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision and got the best deal. They really took care of me and my needs, and they are the sole reason I ended up buying a truck from them.
I had a prescheduled appointment for a simple oil change. I waited for more than an hour. That is way too long. I do not plan to come back. There are much faster and less expensive options.
Very nice and kind and respectful they helped us get into a newer vehicle when our equinox was not in the right way to be on the road
My husband and I purchased a used vehicle here with Owen and are so happy with our purchase. We got a great deal and couldn't be happier. I waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change. That has never happened. Was also suggested that I replace my back brake pads and rotors at an ungodly high quote of over $450. Also noticed a lot of my friendly familiar faces who took the time to stop and chat with me were no longer there. My latest visit wasn't the warm visit as they have been since I purchased the vehicle from McArdles.
