SKW, Family owned warehouse & fulfillment has exceeded every expectation of ours and their wonderful team takes the best care of us, and more importantly our customers. They run the warehouse with love and attention to detail and they are by FAR the best fulfillment solution & warehouse we have used(and we've used a handful). We've been there for over a year now and have had ZERO fulfillment errors or issues(can't say that for any other warehouse we've been at) - We love working with them and wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 - feel free to reach out to me if you want more details and rave reviews, cheers.

The worst, most incredible experience ever with any business partner. I was trying to amicably negotiate a rate increase. Without warning, Shannon flew off the handle and said she'd put all my inventory on the street, if I didn't pay her to have it packed up and shipped to another warehouse. I took $1000's in losses from shipping and handling on that.nThe unbelievable twist - she also had them throw a pallet load of somebody else's abandoned, unsalable stock on the truck, unbeknownst to me, causing me further $1000's in receiving costs at the other end! A Kentucky lawyer advised me it was not worth going after her, so at least I want to share my experience with others.nMoral - Don't go near SOKY even with a 10 foot pole.

Would not use this company. Southern Kentucky Warehouse tried to extort our company, refused to undertake shipments, undertook unfair billing practices inconsistent with the agreement we executed.
