My friends and I went to Bite of Belgium last weekend for brunch. I ordered a menage a trios, waffles that i expected to be great from a Belgium place. The plating was spectacular, but the waffles were cold. I returned them to the kitchen with the waiter. Not a minute later, the waiter returned with a message from the manager telling me "The cream will be ruined if we heat this up so what would you like to do?" I again returned them saying just remake them. I got the second plate and the waffles were barely warm. This lead me to believe they just mass produce their waffles and plate them. I don't think I will return, and I definitely won't get waffles if I do.

Googled a place to eat yesterday morning while in Las Cruces and A Bite Of Belgium popped up. So happy it did. It was about a 4 mile drive from our hotel, but the food, service and price was worth the drive. Very clean and well decorated establishment. Marisol was our server and she was friendly and attentive, having checked back with us several times during our meal. She recommended the omelet with a little New Mexico green chile and mini waffle combo. We added the raspberry cream cheese as a topping for the waffles. We will be sure to make sure this is a regular stop when in Las Cruces again.

I tried this place finally after years of wanting too and I can't believe I waited that long. This place is so elegant yet homey. The food is quality and tasty all around. Jacob was a polite and attentive serves. Im gonna be returning soon and often. I'm in love.

Stopped here for breakfast on our road trip from Cali to TX. It was a pleasant restaurant. The staff was extremely well coordinated even with being so busy. We got to try Belgian waffles for the first time with Bavarian cream. Out of this world and delicious! Also clean restrooms. Definitely recommend.

We have been eating at A Bite of Belgium for years now. We have been returning customer's because the food is delicious. Unfortunately, that is not enough to keep making up for the recent terrible service and forgotten items on multiple occasions now. They have either not given us items that we paid for and/or they get the order totally wrong. The "person in charge" used the pandemic and new people as an excuse and said it was okay because I would get missing items the next day. What am I going to do with those items the next day if they went with our meals today? We officially won't be going back. We had to think carefully and knew we were even taking a risk going back today. I keep losing money there.
