5 Stars Plus - We have had our 1980 35' Chris Craft with Arcadia Marine for going on 3 seasons. Jim and the team at Arcadia Marine has taking outstanding care of our old boat, making it a joy to use, and helping to keep it in prime condition. They handle all our marine needs, including taking the boat out in the fall, winterization, indoor storage, and recommissioning it in the spring, as well as any type of maintenance we have had during the season. Scheduling is easy, and so far the response time is incredible, while pricing is fair. When we bought the boat, we had issues with the head, not working, tried to fix it ourselves the first season, without success...and then we mentioned it to Jim... who fixed it, and we have not had an issue since... another issue was intermittent starting issue with our port engine... we couldn't figure it out... Jim noticed during recommissioning last year that the battery switch was faulty on that engine and not always getting a contact, he fixed it, and no issue since... he has come up to Frankfort to look at, and troubleshoot issues for us in a matter of hours from calling him. Launching our boat has been incredibly easy, living 4 hours from his location, we need only give him the date that we want it in, and the boat is in the water recommissioned, all ammedies tested and functioning (head, generator, AC, etc), before we arrive! All we have to do is take off take off! Thanks to Jim and the team at Arcadia Marine!!
