If you want all of your belongings to get water damage, this is the right place for you!nnWhen I originally started renting a 10x10 unit they assured me that it would be dry. I was not concerned that the unit would get broken into, and as they had promised it would be dry, I did not bother getting insurance.nnMoved out this past weekend. I had to throw out a barely used (less than 2 year old) pillow-top mattress because it was basically a giant moldy ice cube. All of our boxes had water damage. Everything had to be washed thoroughly or thrown out due to mold.nnI called management that day and they said they would never have promised it would be dry and that they can't do anything about it.nnIf you have to rent a space here, please get insurance.
