I reviewed this place on Yelp. The owner responded. I am still not happy. How do I respond back to him? I purchased a Pistons Gator style mask for my son on February 1st 2021. Within a week the stitching was coming undone. Yes it was worn daily, but only hand washed at the end of the day. I called the store and was informed they don't handle mask returns at the location. I needed to take photos and email customer service. I did that. All they offered me for the faulty product was 25% off. I requested the manufacturer's phone number so I could call them Direct, they wouldn't give it to me. In my opinion the customer service was very poor. I will never shop here again. I feel their items are overpriced anyway. $44 for a Derrick Rose t-shirt I bought for my son for Christmas that's outrageous. Buyer beware.
This was absolutely STUNNING! There was so much Detroit based items and the store was huge, and the workers were great. Rally house here is like Heaven.

well I was hoping to pick up some stuff for Eastern for my daughter but unfortunately you guys don't carry it so I will not be coming to your establishment no more .
I already love Rally House, but the staff make it absolutely one of the best stores in Michigan! Jacky and staff went WAY out of there way to find me a shirt that I was looking for and made me the happiest customer of the day! Customer service was A++++nnThank you so much Jacky and the entire staff working today! I will always remember the amazing experience I had there today!
