DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!nIf I could give this Walgreens Pharmacy less than one star I would. I transferred my prescriptions from Meijer Pharmacy due to a change in insurance: worst mistake ever. For nearly 7 months they have been billing an insurance provider that I am no longer with and I have had to constantly call the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The pharmacists at this location are EXTREMELY RUDE, lazy, and unknowledgeable about the proper procedures to bill insurance companies for prescription refills. They have made me call every insurance company as well as all of the billing departments even though it was supposed to be done directly through the pharmacy help desk line which they have the information to do so and when addressed they have little response and hang up on you. MDHHS said that they should be the ones calling and speaking with them directly as I am just the patient. The pharmacists are incompetent and claim that it is not their job and the only thing they do is fill medications. Do to their negligence and incompetence I have gone months without prescriptions and have had to pay cash for several prescriptions that were covered my by my insurance company due to improper billing. I have had to make these phone calls every month for the passed 7months. Save yourself the headache!
