Very clean bathrooms, organized sales floor and helpful staff. The stylist Tay in the Penny's salon was super helpful and nice!!
Wow!!! Thought I lost my wallet.. i told the clerk near the dressing room and she was soo serious amd jumped right into action... Embarrassed to say i had it but if i didn't she was on it!!! Really tool it seriously! Love that. And found the perfect dress there to wear to an event! On sale!!!
My fiance and I went to look at pillows.. they had a nice selection on display and found ones we had liked.. looking through the messy shelves we could not find many that said we're in stock online and avaliable for in store pickup. So I approached a worker lounged over the counter and asked if they may have some in the back or at another location.. she had 0 will to help me, told me to go to bed bath and beyond were we had just came from... absolutely felt as if she was disrespectful and not of any help.. I'll take my business elsewhere!!
