Phil Bryant has taken great care to get me into 2 different new vehicles over the past 5 years. No nonsense, and process went smoothly. Got more than I expected each time. My mother went to purchase a used vehicles a few years ago, and got a good used vehicle and they even surprised us with brand new tires (vehicle needed it, and salesman noticed I was checking them). Service department has been very helpful also. They always honor their word, and the service process is far more comfortable than my previous Ford dealer. 5 stars no question about it
I can not say enough good things about Russ Milne Ford! My whole family has gotten cars from them and have always had great experiences. There was no pressure to buy or uncomfortable feelings. Linda made the whole thing easy for me. I already knew what I was looking to get but I was happy to have her ask what I wanted and then have her find me exactly what I wanted. Wholeheartedly recommend!
My family has been buying and leasing cars from Russ Milne Ford for at least the past 20 years. But loyalty isn’t the only reason we return again and again. I always test drive and get quotes from other dealerships and comparable manufacturers but have yet to find someone who can provide the service, reassurance and price of Russ Milne. Dino Polisena has always gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect car to fit our needs and fit our budget. I also always get my service done at Russ Milne and have always had a positive experience!
Body shop did amazing work on painting my suv. Manager is friendly and gets work done in timely matter. Painter did amazing work. Must go if you need body repair. They work on any car you have. They will take good care of you.
Tom Milne made leasing my F-150 a breeze. His communication was top notch. I have been a customer of Russ Milne Ford for over 25 years. I would also like to thank everyone in service, especially Doug, for always providing an exemplary customer service experience.
