Had a great experience working with Daren from The Motor Mall. I called about a BMW 435M and received a response immediately. The car matched the description exactly as the website said. Took less than an hour and was on my way home with my new ride, they even helped me load it on my trailer. Best in and out service I have ever experienced at a dealership.

Been holding off to write this review for a while now. I bought a car from The Motor Mall with the expectations I was getting a mechanically sound vehicle with all the advertised features and info. I got none of that with my vehicle. My car was advertised as one owner, no accidents, clean history, fully serviced 100% ready to go, and a performance package. My vehicle was actually registered as a commercial vehicle, reregistered by someone else, “retired from use”, and then brought to auction 2 months later. In certain lighting you can tell the bumper didn’t match, didn’t catch it when I bought it unfortunately. Rust also crept up on the trunk. I paid to get the panels repainted. This vehicle was not serviced, the oil was dirty, the battery was weak, the rotors were worn, the suspension was worn. I paid the price of a well kept US spec vehicle with the performance package. I even acquired the window sticker to make sure what equipment I have. I have inferior equipment installed, my gauge cluster is from another vehicle with missing parts, and I don’t have the standard HID headlights due to Canadian regulations. This car has so many mechanical issues I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the reason it was dumped into auction. The rear differential had a leak, the entire driveshaft had to be replaced due to unbalance and worn carrier bearing, the electric power steering rack and pinion was diagnosed as failing by dealership and local shop. These three repairs alone cost me over $4k. I thought I would’ve been done there. Now I’m experiencing transmission shudder and a failing FCIM. I put 6k miles on the car which is pretty pathetic. This damage is not normal for a vehicle with less than 65k miles. My family and friends think I bought junk and it’s embarrassing. It’s been financially draining and emotionally draining since it was the first vehicle I bought. I sent an update email with what was going on but I got no response. I tried to visit Steve at the dealership but he was not there. I left my phone number and he had the guts to at least listen to my story over the phone but offered me no help except to tell me he’s seen worse and to buy a different car from him. My dad contacted him to inquire for a warranty and got no response after a week. My dad called again and he offered a warranty that wouldn’t cover existing issues. If you didn’t want to help just say so next time. Steve’s biggest argument against me is the time it took me to say anything. These issues showed themselves one after another very slowly, and since COVID was going on I wasn’t driving as much. I ate the cost of the initial repairs since the car was sold “as-is”. I don’t like taking advantage of people. Now the transmission is the issue after 6k miles and I feel like I got taken advantage of. Sold me a car with the only maintenance of replaced wheel bearings from the dealer which just tells me how this car was previously driven. They also forgot to delete the wallpapers saved to the car so I know the vehicle was tuned. They use AutoCheck because they don't report as much info so the cars look good. Stay away from this dealer or any dealer trying to sell you a Canadian imported vehicle. There’s a reason why they don’t want them in Canada.

I got a great high quality vehicle with the options I was seeking at a very competitive price. Very easy to deal with, did not see any typical games played and they worked with me on better than expected trade in pricing. The used car I purchased was nicer than the pictures could have shown. The vehicle was without a scratch and hardly any blemishes found on a three and a half year old vehicle! Highly recommended, great to deal with! I would travel to do business with them again! I’d also specifically like to thank Daren for his exceptional help and going above and beyond.
