I purchased a 2007 Ford Focus on March 27, 2021 from Macomb Automotive Group and is very disappointed with this purchase. I highly recommend you not purchase a vehicle through this dealer. I had to take my vehicle to the shop only to find out that my transmission has gone out. I have not owned this vehicle for two weeks, it will not be two weeks until April 10, 2021 and I must pay for a major repair. This is very discerning!! I called the dealership when I first began noticing a problem with the vehicle and was told that they only drove the car up and down the street, then placed the car for sell. WHO DOES THIS???? The reason I went to a dealership to purchase my vehicle is because I knew dealers must complete a full inspection of a vehicle before they list it for sale. I work hard for my money and need a dependable car for work. I hope I can save you with this review if you require a dependable means of transportation and highly recommend that you seek out another used car dealership.

This business was excellent to work with. They were very flexible in letting us try any vehicle we were interested in. As others have said, there was no pressure at all! We selected a vehicle with a clean title from them, but they do mostly salvage titles. They were excellent about allowing an independent inspection and rapidly fixed one very minor problem that was discovered. The purchase process was quick and easy. They were highly transparent and seemed very honest.

Fantastic service! They have a wide selection of cars, are very kind, and do all business quickly and painlessly. They are very honest and respond quickly to all calls and emails. I love my new Subaru!

The absolute best place to get a car. They have the best prices around and the owner and staff are extremely helpful. If there is every any issue they will make it right. My whole family buys our cars from them.

Great variety of vehicles! No hassle shopping. Staff is very nice and easy to work with. Also, no need to visit Secretary of State for license plates as all is handled right there during your purchase.!
