CARite of Chesterfield

READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!!nI drove over an hour to check out a 2016 F150 here at CaRite in Chesterfield and was extremely disappointed. The truck was very dirty on the inside, the check engine light was on as as I entered the vehicle (truck only had 55k miles), the electronics all of a sudden shut off for a moment as I was driving, the speakers stopped working mid test drive, mirror adjusters didn't work, glove box barely closed, and the brakes were totally shot.nApparently, they do a maintenance inspection on every vehicle before they put them up for sale, and complete any maintenance that needs to be done, but obviously this one had not been looked at properly or even at all... Makes me question other cars they have on the lot. To make this experience even worse, they had listed the truck at market value, even with all of these problems. Extremely disappointed after this short test drive, and definitely lost all trust for these types of dealerships. To anyone looking to buy a car at this dealer, first, I advise not to, but if you do, you might want to bring your own mechanic to look at the vehicle.nTo put something up for sale with all of those problems at MARKET VALUE, and not notify the customer is very dishonest. After talking to the sales associate over a week prior to the test drive, asking questions and getting more information on the truck, not once was anything mentioned that there was anything wrong with the truck. What a complete waste of time... I advise looking elsewhere for a used vehicle.
