Called three days ago was told they had a 12x12 available and they would call me in one to two days after it was inspected to get my information. No call the next day so I called them in the evening on the second day they said sorry we have just been so busy we haven't been able to call but you can come in tomorrow and we can get a copy of your ID. I said that's great see you tomorrow! Go in today and they said that I was never written down for a unit let alone a 12x12. And that if I wanted one Tuesday I should have come in and gotten one on Tuesday. Trust the reviews. I didn't and regret it.
Good upkeep of the property. I feel like my stuff is safe with the gate/fence surrounding the property. 24 hour access is nice and convenient. They have a locked box to put after hours payments in.
I understand what others said about the office staff, but come on! It was not that bad. She did not seem real thrilled about her predicament, but the office gal was however EXTREMELY helpful to me, even if not all full of a bunch of (fake) smiles. Also, service was fast, they got me the storage facility I needed right away, and it was GREAT! I like the prices too, and the 24 hour access. I strongly recommend this place,.
Prices are reasonable. And the 24 hour access is great. However you will be really, really unimpressed with the office staff. The gal at the front desk doesn't take out her earbuds when you're standing there or seem to have an understanding of anything you ask her. She acts utterly confused by the simplest question and completely unwilling to understand or help. . It's like a version of self service but with the person sitting there staring at you with a blank look.nnI would not recommend this place based on the interactions with the staff alone.
Really poor management. Verbally berating a customer. If I could give it a zero, I would.
