I’ll continue to return to LaFontaine for the excellent service they have provided me over the years. Jake is a friendly, courteous professional who strives to make customer service his first priority. Andy, the mechanic who has done all the repairs on my Jeep, also deserves high marks for his skill and I feel confident in the work he performs. I enjoy talking to both of these men when I visit, and regard them highly. LaFontaine should recognize their efforts as part of a solid crew that keeps my Jeep on the road and me returning whenever I need their help. My gratitude and thanks to both.
Do to a recall we needed our vehicle worked on right away. Parts were on back order. LaFontaine happened to have both pieces to the part in stock and only 1 set. We took our vehicle in and they replaced the fuel pump relay, which is what was recalled. Plus they did a video of the vehicle underneath for an inspection. Loved this feature. The staff there are very friendly and courteous. 2 hours later done and ready to go. We will be returning there for all of our vehicle needs.
The representatives were helpful and professional. I felt they were honest and cared about my safety. Many places try to deceive women and take advantage of us by fixing unnecessary parts. I would bring my car back here for service because they care about me as a person and as a woman. Jake Frederick and his team are an amazing! Thank you for all your help!

I would give 10 stars if I could. This dealership legitimately treats you like family. Darius is everything a sales person should be, and made my 2021 Jeep Wrangler purchase painless. No pressure tactics, genuine down to earth customer service. The experience could not have been any better, we worked out everything over email and phone prior to pickup - and they made sure the paperwork was all ready to go upon arrival.
