During a break in a few years ago, they contacted me. I was in FL for the winter but they allowed my daughter access with an employee while they had me on speaker phone to review anything missing. Thankfully there was not.
Stay away from this place, We just picked up my sisters items & everything is wet & moldy. Most furniture, wood & cloth items will have to be thrown away.
