The tow truck driver in SC lost my key set to my 2013 Suburban back in July 2020. I was visiting a friend of mine. Her husband had been under rocket bombs for several days hit 65 times in Afghanistan. It was during Covid 19 I refused to cause a fit about it with tow company. I was not costing a man his job. Mistakes happen were human. I never made him replace my missing keys. I had my spare while I was down there. I could still get back to Mi. I should of replaced my key last year already. Just didn’t want to fork the money out. I came home Thursday this week lost my spare key I had to my suburban. After 24 hours I decided to call these guys up before the dealership. She told me she call me back in few hours. Her husband was on huge job. I told her I can wait; I rather support our small town business especially right now. Thankfully Friday she was out here at 12:00-12:30. She billed me 230.00 for the initial break down programming of first key. She copied me a second computer chip key for 20.00 bucks! She even wrote my programming down incase it happens again. We have to order my Key pads but at least I can drive my suburban again. More then thankful! It saved me a tow! It saved me dealership cost. It saved me from listening to my four kids whining about being stuck in our 2 door dually! I established a new business relationship. Most importantly we supported great people in our community who are more then deserving of our gratitude for helping us promptly, efficiently, professionally, and great company! The biggest thing people need understand though; they are one of the only lock smiths in our Lapeer County MI. They are family owned with two people on the road. They may not be able to come same day. People may have to wait a day or two. None the less it’s more then worth the wait for them. I connected with her right away. I really enjoyed our time. It took less then hour for her to do the job. Had I asked for key pads prior to her coming I am sure she would of had them. I didn’t know they did them until they got here. I’ve also never lost my keys to vehicle before new for me. I’m thankful she help me A-Z down to ordering my Key pads I need for remote starter and double tailgate opener to my suburban by the hit of button. I had no idea where to even start for those again. I just knew I wanted them.

1st time calling she said they had a big job and they probably wouldn't be out till next day. That wasn't a problem. So next day try to call to confirm but no answer. Left a voicemail after 3rd time calling and still have not received a call back or someone has came.

100% recommend. I use them for all of our dealership key needs, and refer all of our customers to them. It is a locally owned business that goes above and beyond EVERY time. We purchased a building that came with an old safe. They were able to come down and open it and give us the combination. We save hundreds of dollars on key fobs as opposed to going to the manufacturer directly.
