Paid my bill through insurance, still was sent mail saying it wasn’t paid and not through insurance. Customer service couldn’t even find my account or anything related to me but continues to send me mail that it is going into collections. ud83dudc4dud83cudffd Stellar company.

I have no confidence in their reading of my MRI as it contradicts the reading of a surgeon 2 years previous. Also I have been trying for 2 months to get my over payment refunded to me. Today i was told it would be another 30 to 45 days additional.
