Christine at Raz has been amazing. We have used her for 4yrs. We have rented multiple tuxes and had multiple prom and wedding dress alterations. Christine is always on time, price is absolutely fair and great work. She is honest and knowledgeable.

1st Off Christine is amazing she designed my wife's wedding dress. 2nd for the person who posted on here about her not getting the right size for a tux is not her fault in any way she orders it and it the place that gets it for her. Thank you so much for help making my wife dream day come true!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The tuxes are horribly overpriced, they have ridiculous hours and they cannot measure at all.nnMy fiance stood in his brothers wedding and they all got their tuxes from this place. The person measuring for the tuxes only measured one time and when the tuxes came in 1/2 of them were the wrong sizes! Too late to do anything the pictures for the wedding show the groom and a groomsman with saggy pants, shirts that are way too big and just an overall a messy look. My fiance had to ROLL his tuxedo pants and they were still falling down. His shirt was big enough at his waist he could wrap it to the sides yet the neck was too small. The arms on the jacket went past his knuckles and the fly of the pants went down almost to his knees.nnWe called and complained and were offered a full refund when the tux was returned as long as the person returning it proved the horrible fit. Well the wedding was on Friday, she is only open on Saturday until 1pm and we live 45 minutes away from the tux shop so he couldnt make it on time. The shop is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so my fiance went in today (Wednesday) to return it and she refused to give us a refund! Said that there was a $50/day charge and wasnt her issue that SHE WAS CLOSED THE LAST THREE DAYS! She never even notified us that there was going to be a late return fee if we didnt make it in on Saturday because then we could have told her that it wasn't possible!nnThis is a horrible way to run a business. I am still in shock over it.
