Great place for a hike any time of the year! They keep a nice pathway in the winter as well!
The lake is nice. The southern half is through the woods, saw some deer in a field. The northern loop is through an open field which was kind of odd.
Great place to hike, XC ski or just sit and enjoy nature. Very well groomed trails and markings. Forest and prairie were incredible!
One of my favorite places to explore in GR area
